The product

Here's how it looks for a brow and lash artist

The booking page is what a client opens from the link in your bio. Your calendar is where the booking lands by itself. Both sides of one booking.

The calendar — what you see
In short

Is Domovleno right for a brow and lash artist?

Yes, if clients book brow corrections, lamination or lash extensions with you — at home, in a studio or in a brow bar with several artists. Every procedure has its own duration and buffer, so a long lash set never overlaps the next booking, and reminders 24 and 2 hours ahead help you avoid losing half a day to a forgotten appointment. The Free plan covers booking; Pro adds SMS, separate logins for artists and emails to clients who are due for a touch-up.

A good fit if

  • Your procedures run from 30 minutes to three hours and need prep time in between.
  • Clients come back for touch-ups every few weeks, and you want them reminded.
  • You want bookings from your Instagram bio and upfront payment for long procedures.

Worth knowing first

  • A client can't pick several procedures in one booking yet — set up “correction + tint” as its own service with its own duration.
  • There are no memberships or procedure packages: each touch-up is a separate booking.
  • Online payment is always the full price of the procedure; there's no partial deposit.
Sound familiar?

Three pains of a brow and lash artist

01
DMs instead of a schedule
While you're mid-procedure, messages pile up: “anything for tomorrow?”, “send me your free slots”. The evening turns into an hour of chats, and someone still didn't get an answer in time and went elsewhere.
02
A long procedure, and half a day empty
Lash extensions take two to three hours. If a client doesn't show and didn't warn you, that's not fifteen idle minutes — it's half a working day without income. Calling everyone the night before is a job of its own.
03
The refill everyone forgets
A refill is due in three or four weeks, but who's ready lives in your head and in chat threads. The client remembers you right after she's already been to someone closer.
One day

A brow & lash artist's day with Domovleno

Not a feature list — what actually happens over a day while you work with tweezers, not the phone.

9:00
The day's schedule, in your pocket
The whole day at a glance: who's booked, for which procedure and when. No more “when am I booked?” DMs.
11:20
A new booking — by itself, from your bio
A client tapped the link in your bio, picked a procedure and a time — the booking is already in the calendar. You were two and a half hours into a lash set.
13:00
Reminders went out on their own
Every client booked for tomorrow got a reminder. Whoever can't make it cancels in advance — and another client takes the long window.
16:40
Reschedules without the back-and-forth
The client moved her lash appointment to a free time via her own link. The calendar updated, the reminders rescheduled themselves.
19:30
Day closed — the numbers in front of you
Revenue, visits and no-shows for the day — in analytics. You can see who's due for a refill.

A brow bar's day: five procedures across two artists

Two artists work in parallel — the calendar shows both schedules side by side, and clients see only the slots that are actually free for each.

Durations and prices are illustrative — typical for the niche, not a statistic or a price list. Your own menu will differ; the table only shows how a day lands in the schedule.

What Domovleno does

Online booking that works for you

Reminders people show up after

A confirmation right after booking, then reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the visit: email on every plan, SMS on Pro, and Telegram or Viber for clients who subscribe to updates. Whoever can't make it cancels in advance, so you can offer the slot to someone else instead of sitting idle for half a day.

Online payment at booking

For long procedures and new clients, enable payment at booking via Ukrainian payment providers: paying upfront can help reduce no-shows, the payment goes straight to your account, and your acquirer (mono or LiqPay) can issue the fiscal receipt from your own PRRO once you turn fiscalization on.

The payment goes straight to your account via Ukrainian payment providers — Domovleno never holds it. Your acquirer can issue the fiscal receipt once you turn fiscalization on.

Booking from your Instagram bio — around the clock

The link in your bio or stories opens your booking page: clients pick the procedure, artist and time themselves — at night, on a weekend, while you're working. Every procedure has its own duration and price: shaping, lamination, extensions.

Client cards with procedure history

Contacts, every visit and notes — “L curl, 0.07 thickness, sensitive skin” — in one card. Next time there's nothing to recall: it's all in front of you before she walks in.

Refill win-backs and analytics

On Pro, Domovleno writes to clients who haven't come back within their own usual interval, and shows who returned after that email. Analytics shows occupancy, revenue and no-show share by day and procedure — on every plan.

Questions from brow and lash artists

Several artists work in one studio — does each see only her own schedule?

Yes. On Pro each artist has her own login to the specialist app and sees her own bookings and schedule; the owner decides what the team can see with one rule for everyone. The shared calendar shows every artist side by side, so you can drag a booking to another time or another artist without leaving the page. On Free the owner runs the calendar, with no separate logins for artists.

A client doesn't mind which artist she gets — can she book the "first available"?

Yes. On the booking page a client picks a procedure and either a specific artist or "first available" — the system finds the nearest open slot across everyone. This works well for simple procedures like shaping or tinting, where it doesn't matter who does the work. She gets a confirmation right away either way.

How do I migrate my client base if I keep records in a notebook or on photos?

The Domovleno team moves your base for free, usually within one business day — from your previous software, an Excel sheet or even photos of notebook pages. You don't have to type in every contact: hand over what you have and get ready client cards with their history. You can export the client list to CSV at any time, and a full export of the base is available on request from support.

Can I sell a package of several procedures upfront, like three brow corrections?

No, there are no subscriptions or procedure packages in the product. What exists is booking each procedure individually, with online payment at the time of booking, plus a client card showing full visit history — easy to see that a client comes regularly and to remind her manually, or through client retention on Pro.

Can I see no-shows broken down by each artist for the month?

Yes, analytics is available on every plan and shows occupancy, revenue and no-show share broken down by artist and by day. You can see which artist has more empty slots or no-shows, and on which days of the week it happens most — useful for a conversation about schedule or upfront payment for certain procedures.

Honestly about scope: what Domovleno doesn't do

Domovleno is booking, reminders, the client base, online payment and analytics — and that part we do well. There's no supply stock tracking, no gift cards, no memberships and no per-artist portfolio yet; the business website has a gallery of up to 12 photos. A client can't pick several procedures in one booking yet either — set up a combination such as “correction + tint” as its own service with its own duration. Gift cards are on our public roadmap, with no dates promised.
