Discreet reminders

A confirmation after booking, then a reminder 24 hours and 2 hours before the session — by email, and on Pro by SMS too. The SMS carries only your practice name, the date and the time, never the service. The email does name the service and its wording can't be edited, so give the service a neutral name such as «Consultation».

Is this a dedicated tool for psychologists, or a general CRM I'd have to adapt myself?

Yes — it's the same Domovleno platform, shaped for private practice: services carry their own duration and price (first consultation, individual and couples session), reminders go out 24 and 2 hours ahead, and the client base is visible only to your practice. The core is identical across any appointment-based business, so there are no clinical modules, EHR features or supervision tools — just booking, reminders, payment, a client base and analytics, configured around your schedule.

Several psychologists share one office — do we see a shared room schedule while each person's bookings stay separate?

Yes. Each psychologist has their own schedule inside one shared practice calendar, so you can see who is busy when. The room itself isn't booked separately — if you share one, coordinate it through the specialists' schedules. On Pro, each person gets their own login to the team app, and the owner sets one rule for the whole team on what they see — for example, whether colleagues' busy times are shown. Price doesn't depend on how many psychologists are in the practice.

Clients message on Instagram and want to book right there — can the booking page connect to the profile?

Yes. You can add the booking page link to your Instagram bio or show it in a story — the client taps through, picks a service and time, with no back-and-forth in DMs. Confirmation arrives immediately, and the same 24-hour and 2-hour reminders apply as for bookings made from your website.

I've kept a client base in a notebook and spreadsheets for years — is it realistic to move it into the system?

It is, and the Domovleno team does it for free — from a spreadsheet, a previous program, or even photos of notebook pages, usually within one working day. Contacts and history appear right away in client cards, and you start new bookings in the calendar without retyping old data by hand.

Can we run group sessions or support groups through the booking system?

No, there's no group booking in the product — every booking is tied to one client and one calendar slot. You can mark a service as a group session and keep the participant list manually outside the system, but Domovleno doesn't yet manage seats or per-participant payment for groups.

I’m a psychotherapist, a child or family psychologist, or a sex therapist — will this fit?

Yes: booking works the same way for all of these practices — services with their own length and price, open slots that respect the buffer, reminders 24 h and 2 h before. For a child psychologist, a parent books under their own name and you add the child’s name in the client note: there is no separate child profile. A family or couples session is one booking under one name with a longer duration. For sensitive topics, give the service a neutral name such as “Consultation”: the SMS does not include the service name, but the email confirmation does.

Honestly about scope: what Domovleno doesn't do

Domovleno is booking, reminders, the client base, payment and analytics. There's no built-in video for online sessions — send the link to the video platform you already use to the client yourself, or put it in the service description.
