The product

Here's how it looks for a massage therapist

The booking page is what a client opens from your site or socials. Your calendar is where the booking lands by itself. Both sides of one booking.

The booking page — what your client sees
The calendar — what you see
In short

Is Domovleno right for a massage therapist?

Yes, if clients book sessions with you — on your own or in a practice with several therapists. 45-, 60- or 90-minute sessions each have their own length and prep buffer, clients book without calling while you work, and a course of sessions shows up in the client's history. The Free plan covers booking; Pro adds SMS and emails to clients who dropped off a course.

A good fit if

  • Your sessions vary in length and you want prep time between them.
  • You can't take calls during a session and want clients to book themselves.
  • You want to see which clients started a course and dropped off.

Worth knowing first

  • A course is a series of separate bookings: there are no memberships, session packages or automatic recurring series.
  • A table or room can't be booked on its own — the schedule runs per therapist.
  • There are no medical records or treatment protocols: for a medical facility Domovleno is only the booking layer next to your clinical system.
Sound familiar?

Three pains of a massage practice

01
Long sessions and overlaps
A session runs an hour to ninety minutes. Get a booking half an hour wrong and two people are waiting at the door at once. A notebook won't show you that until it's too late.
02
The phone rings mid-session
Your hands are busy — there's no way to answer. You call back after the session, and half the people who rang have already booked somewhere else.
03
A ten-session course that stopped at three
A client did three sessions and vanished. Who exactly dropped out and who's worth a nudge isn't visible anywhere until you comb through the notebook and remember each one.
One day

A massage therapist's day with Domovleno

Not a feature list — what actually happens over a day while your hands work and the phone sits in the next room.

9:00
The day's schedule, in your pocket
The whole day at a glance: who's booked, for which session and when. Between sessions — exactly the break you configured.
11:20
A new booking — by itself, no phone call
A client picked a session and a time on your booking page — it's already in the calendar. You were mid-session at that moment.
13:00
Reminders went out on their own
Every client booked for tomorrow got a reminder. Whoever can't make it cancels in advance — and another client takes the 90-minute window.
16:40
Reschedules without the back-and-forth
The client moved their session to a free time via their own link. The calendar updated, the reminders rescheduled themselves.
19:30
Day closed — the numbers in front of you
Revenue, sessions and no-shows for the day — in analytics. You can see which regulars haven't been in a while.
A sample day

A massage therapist's day: five sessions with buffers between them

The schedule accounts for each session's length plus a buffer to air the room and get ready — no overlaps.

TimeServiceDurationTypical price
9:00Back massage45 min₴500–700
10:00Full-body massage1 h 30 min₴900–1300
12:00Anti-cellulite massage1 h₴800–1100
14:00Lymphatic drainage1 h₴800–1000

Durations and prices are illustrative — typical for the niche, not a statistic or a price list. Your own menu will differ; the table only shows how a day lands in the schedule.

What Domovleno does

Massage booking that works for you

Reminders that protect the schedule

A confirmation right after booking, then reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the session: email on every plan, SMS on Pro, and Telegram or Viber for clients who subscribe to updates. Whoever can't come cancels in advance, and you can offer the time to someone else.

Online payment at booking

For long sessions and new clients, enable payment at booking via Ukrainian payment providers: paying upfront can help reduce no-shows, the payment goes straight to your account, and your acquirer (mono or LiqPay) can issue the fiscal receipt from your own PRRO once you turn fiscalization on.

The payment goes straight to your account via Ukrainian payment providers — Domovleno never holds it. Your acquirer can issue the fiscal receipt once you turn fiscalization on.

Booking 24/7 — no phone calls

Clients pick the therapist, the type of massage and the time on your booking page — in the evening, on a weekend, while you're in session. Every service has its own duration and price: 45 minutes, an hour, ninety minutes.

Client cards and session history

Contacts, every session and notes — “lower back, moderate pressure, fourth session of the course” — in one card. You can see who dropped out of a course and who's due for a nudge.

Therapist schedules and analytics

Working hours for each weekday, days off and time off for every therapist — in one calendar, with a buffer between sessions to air the room and get ready. Analytics shows occupancy, revenue and no-show share — on every plan.

Questions from massage studio owners

We have several tables in one space — can we book clients to different therapists in parallel?

Yes. Each therapist has their own calendar, so you can take clients in parallel — bookings for different therapists never overlap, because the system keeps each schedule separately. The table or room itself can't be booked on its own: the schedule runs per therapist, so if two of you share one table, stagger your working hours. The client picks a specific therapist or “Any available”, and the booking lands in the right calendar.

Can clients book straight from Instagram, with no website?

Yes, you don't need a website for that. Put the link to your booking page in your Instagram bio, in a story, or on any social network — a client opens it, picks the service, therapist and time, no phone call needed. A business website and a branded booking page are free in Domovleno, so you can have one too if you want, but it isn't required for online booking.

I'm switching from a notebook or Excel — who migrates the client base?

The Domovleno team does it for free. You can move your client base from previous software, an Excel sheet or even photos of a paper notebook — it usually takes one business day. After that, every client's history is in their card instead of scattered across old notebooks.

I do outcall massage, with no fixed studio — does this even fit?

Route planning for outcalls isn't in the product — Domovleno doesn't build an optimal route between client addresses. Everything else works the same way: 24/7 online booking, a calendar, 24-hour and 2-hour reminders, a client card with notes where you can record an address or visit details. If outcall work is your main format, it's worth keeping this limit in mind.

Therapists work different hours — some mornings, some afternoons. How do I run that in one calendar?

Yes — that's exactly what the per-therapist schedule calendar is for. One therapist's shift starts at nine, another's starts after lunch, a third only works weekends: each is set up separately, with its own days off and vacations. On the booking page, clients only see the times a specific therapist actually works, so there's no overlap and no “are you open today?” phone calls.

Honestly about scope: what Domovleno doesn't do

Domovleno is booking, reminders, the client base, online payment and analytics. Prepaid packages and session bundles aren't in the product yet — a course runs as separate bookings in the client's card, and packages are on our public roadmap with no dates promised. We don't keep medical protocols or diagnoses: if you operate as a medical facility, Domovleno can sit alongside a specialised system as the booking front.

Massage therapists' frequent questions

Yes — that's the most common setup. The free plan is enough: a booking page, calendar, client base and confirmations, with nothing to pay. The page takes bookings while you're in session.
