The product

Here's how it looks for a trainer

The booking page is what a client opens from the link in your bio. Your calendar is where the booking lands by itself. Both sides of one booking.

The booking page — what your client sees
The schedule — what you see
Sound familiar?

Three pains of a personal trainer

01
The 7 a.m. session got ghosted
You spent three days agreeing on the slot in a chat — and the client just didn't show. You're already at the gym, the hour is gone, and there's no way to resell it.
02
The schedule lives in chat threads
Between sets you answer “can we move to Thursday?”. The evening adds another hour of coordination. One unread thread — and two clients arrive for the same hour.
03
You can't see who's gone
A client trained twice a week, then “skips temporarily” — and a month later you realise they're long gone. Winning someone back is easier when you notice right away.
One day

A trainer's day with Domovleno

Not a feature list — what actually happens over a day while you're on the gym floor with clients.

7:00
The day's schedule, in your pocket
The day at a glance: who's booked, for which session and when. No more “what time am I in today?” messages.
10:20
A new booking — by itself, from your bio
A client tapped the link in your bio, picked a session and a time — the booking is already in the calendar. You were counting reps.
13:00
Reminders went out on their own
Tomorrow's clients got their reminders. Whoever can't make it cancels in advance — and a gym hour doesn't go to waste.
16:40
Reschedules without the back-and-forth
The client moved their session to a free time via their own link. The calendar updated, the reminders rescheduled themselves.
21:00
Day closed — the numbers in front of you
Income, sessions and no-shows for the day — in analytics. You can see which regulars started skipping.
A sample day

A trainer's day: five sessions, start to finish

The morning opens with a longer consultation for a new client, then regular sessions follow with short breaks in between.

Durations and prices are illustrative — typical for the niche, not a statistic or a price list. Your own menu will differ; the table only shows how a day lands in the schedule.

What Domovleno does

Session booking that works for you

Reminders people show up after

A confirmation right after booking, then a 24-hour and a 2-hour reminder — email, SMS or messengers. Whoever can't make it cancels in advance, and you have time to hand the hour to someone else.

Online payment at booking

Enable payment at booking for new clients or peak morning hours: the session is prepaid, which can help reduce no-shows. The money goes straight to your account, and your acquirer (mono or LiqPay) can issue the fiscal receipt from your own PRRO once fiscalization is set up.

The money goes straight to your account via Ukrainian payment providers — Domovleno never holds it. Your acquirer (mono or LiqPay) can issue the fiscal receipt once fiscalization is set up.

Online booking 24/7 from the link in your bio

Clients pick a trainer, session type and time themselves — at night after work, on a Sunday, with no back-and-forth. Every service has its own duration and price: a personal session, a first consultation with a plan, stretching.

Client base and training history

Contacts, all past and upcoming visits, notes on goals and progress — in one card. You see your regulars, and you see who stopped coming and is worth winning back.

Trainer schedules and analytics

Every trainer's shifts and days off in one calendar — for a studio it's one shared schedule. Analytics shows occupancy, revenue and no-show share by day and trainer — on every plan.

Questions personal trainers ask

I train clients at a few gyms on rotation — Mon–Wed at one club, Thu–Fri at another. Can I keep one schedule?

Yes. Add each gym as a separate location with its own working days — the client picks the gym at booking, and you see one schedule for the whole account regardless of where you're working today. Days you're not at a gym simply aren't offered for that location, so clients only ever see hours when you're genuinely free and on site. The number of locations doesn't affect the plan price.

Does Domovleno include video calls for online training sessions?

No, there's no built-in video calling — that's outside the product's scope. You can still set up remote training as its own service: the client picks it and a time the same way as an in-person visit, gets a confirmation and reminders, and you add the Zoom or Google Meet link in the service description or send it separately. Booking, payment and reminders work the same for both in-person and remote sessions.

Can I track a client's progress — weight, measurements, goals — in their card, like a fitness tracker?

Partly. The client card has a notes field where you write down goals, how they're feeling and progress after each session, kept right next to their full visit history. There's no dedicated tracker with weight charts, measurements or before/after photos — that needs a specialised fitness app. The notes in Domovleno work well for quickly recalling context before the next session.

Can I set a rule that cancellations under 12 hours out forfeit the prepayment?

There's no dedicated “cancellation policy” setting that withholds payment. Instead, a different combination does the job: 24-hour and 2-hour reminders give clients time to cancel in advance, and online payment at booking can help reduce late cancellations, since the session is already paid. If a client cancels a paid booking, you get a notification, and refunds are your call — you can refund the payment from the admin.

Can a client book a whole series of weekly sessions at once, instead of booking each one separately?

No, there's no automatic recurring booking — each session is booked individually through the booking page. In practice it's quick: a client who's already booked that same slot before repeats the trainer, service and time in seconds. If regularity matters, you can simply message the client a nudge to book the following week.

Honestly about scope: what Domovleno doesn't do

Domovleno is booking, reminders, the client base, online payment and analytics for personal sessions. There are no group classes, memberships or session packages yet — packages are on our public roadmap, with no dates promised. If your format is one-on-one training by appointment, everything here works today.

Questions & answers

Trainers' frequent questions

Yes — that's the most common setup. The free plan is enough: a booking page, calendar, client base and confirmations, with nothing to pay. The link in your bio takes bookings while you're coaching.
